We at PMPL are acutely aware of the requirement for data security and confidentiality in today’s world. We have a full-fledged security division at our unit to ensure compliance with all the security procedures. All the visitors to our unit are required to identify themselves and the purpose of visit. Visitors are not allowed in the work area.

All our employees have been properly screened and have signed "Confidentiality Agreement" for maintaining the client data confidentiality. All data is handed over to the designated staff that too on a need to know basis. No free access to any data is given to any one not responsible for processing of the individual voice file.

Since data security is also a prime concern all our servers are mirrored. In addition we take a daily tape backup of all data which is stored separately. The tapes are maintained for 30 days before being recycled. All completed jobs are retained on CD’s for three months. We can provide emergency recreation of input media within 6 hours on customers specific request. On customers specific request we can destroy/cleanup all information pertaining to a specific job whenever required.
